1. About this website

This website (pranaventerprises.co.in) is owned and operated by Pranav Enterprises, a sole proprietorship owned by Pranav Raju Lagshetti, registered under Udyam (MSME) as UDYAM-MH-26-0232534 and under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, 2017 (Registration/Intimation Receipt No. 2231000316274281), with its principal place of business at S No 21/1/3, Anand Nagar, Opp. Raviraj Terrace, Katraj, Pune City, Pune – 411046, Maharashtra. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. What we sell here

This website is used to take orders for fresh milk and dairy products — including but not limited to milk, paneer, curd, butter, ghee and khoya — for delivery within our serviceable area around Katraj, Pune. Product availability, descriptions and prices shown on this website may change without prior notice.

Pranav Enterprises also offers an in-person money-transfer / bill-payment counter service at its Katraj outlet. This service is not sold, booked, or paid for through this website; it is a separate, in-store, cash-settled service and is outside the scope of these Terms.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard packaging.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, for cash-on-delivery orders confirmed via WhatsApp/phone, after we acknowledge the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — and will refund any amount already paid in such cases.
Quantities of fresh products (like milk and paneer) may vary marginally due to the nature of packing; this is normal and not treated as a defect.

4. Payments

Online payments on this website are processed through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway. Pranav Enterprises does not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials at any point — these are handled directly by Razorpay and its banking partners in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines. Cash-on-delivery is also available for orders confirmed via phone or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines, areas served and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page. As fresh dairy items are perishable, delivery windows are time-sensitive and we ask that someone be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide an accurate delivery address and a contactable phone number at the time of ordering.
Inspect perishable items on delivery and report any issue the same day, as described in our Refund Policy.
Use this website only for lawful purposes and genuine orders.

8. Limitation of liability

Pranav Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and timely delivery of products ordered through this website. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
